Position Description:

  • Effectively incorporate and adapt brand guidelines into the design system, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand experience.
  • Define and specify new components and patterns for the design system that enhance the design system's capabilities.
    Provide detailed design specs for existing components ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Lead, contribute, and guide the team to develop, curate, and enhance the design system's guidelines, governance, and documentation.
  • Connect and collaborate with product teams consuming the system and provide them support by facilitating office hours, workshops, or other engagements.
  • Explore new variants for existing components based on product team feedback.
  • Maintain a positive attitude in the face of rapidly shifting priorities and occasional project ambiguity.
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in ambiguous situations is crucial.
    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX design, development, and product management.
  • Skills Required:
    1 year of experience with leading and coaching UX designers (directly or indirectly) by demonstrating standard methodologies in design communication and approaches, mentorship, and sharing your work and knowledge with others.


Education Required:
Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
