Production Engineer: Analyzing existing production processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement. Performing root cause analysis on current issues and provide preventative actions. Coordinating production schedules, ensuring the right resources, materials, and labor are available to meet demand. Monitoring and controlling production costs, looking for opportunities to reduce waste and improve cost-efficiency. Implementing and overseeing quality control systems to ensure products meet required standards and specifications. Primary worksite is Plymouth MI but relocation possible.
