Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical Focus)

Job Description: We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer with expertise in mechanical and electrical systems to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This role requires a proactive individual with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and a solid understanding of quality assurance processes. You will be responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues, while implementing quality assurance protocols to enhance system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute quality assurance procedures for electrical and mechanical systems to ensure compliance with product specifications and standards.
  2. Conduct root cause analysis on defects and failures, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality-related issues effectively.
  4. Perform hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical components, electrical circuits, and basic software applications, ensuring reliability and functionality.
  5. Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of quality control processes, test results, and improvement measures.
  6. Use data-driven methods to monitor and improve product quality throughout the development and production lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong foundation in electrical circuits and mechanical structures, with practical experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and software for quality assurance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Proven ability to document processes, findings, and resolutions clearly and concisely.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with quality control methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards, FMEA).
  • Experience in electric vehicle (EV) systems or similar industries.
  • Knowledge of statistical quality control (SQC) and relevant tools.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
