Job Description:

Client is looking for a candidate for their Team that has very strong customer service skills along with knowledge of automotive components.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Compiling customer information
  • Creating & conducting mailings for both CA and MI
  • Sorting responses
  • Conducting phone screenings
  • Greeting customers
  • Conducting vehicle inspections
  • Washing and cleaning vehicles
  • Completing MVR checks
  • W9 documentation
  • Running vehicle history
  • Completing procurement agreements and vehicle documentation.
  • Support / assist current staff with miscellaneous certification & compliance activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate should have good communication skills, being able to handle communications both internally & externally, with at least 1-year customer service experience
  • Candidate will need to have excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Candidate should have a willingness to learn additional skills and take ownership of job and tasks.
  • Proficient in MS office programs (MS Word, MS Excel), office equipment and basic knowledge of vehicle components.

Additional Information:

  • This is a 6 -12 month contract assignment that can be renewed.
  • Location is onsite everyday in Superior Township, MI.
  • High School Diploma required.
