We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to manage accurate and timely payroll processing for a large, multi-location workforce. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with high-volume payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for 800 employees using ADP.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Review and verify timekeeping records for accuracy.
  • Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed.
  • Ensure proper tax withholdings for multi-state employees.
  • Maintain accurate payroll documentation and employee records.
  • Support HR and Finance teams with payroll-related inquiries.

Required Experience

  • 3-4 years of ADP and high-volume payroll processing experience (800 employees).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
  • Understanding of compensation and wage structures.
  • Experience with multi-location payroll and tax compliance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
  • Analytical and research skills for payroll troubleshooting and reporting.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
