Job Description:
- Looking for dyno testing experience, fabrication capability, and troubleshooting / problem solving experience.
- This position is for Engine Development - no start button, 10% automated and the rest is manual, must have puma or dyno experience, developing calibrations or hardware to support the launch of the new properties
- They will work the schedule below when they start:
- Pallet build - 30 days (1st shift)
- Dyno cell - 30 days (1st shift)
- Engine development (2nd shift)
- Engine development manual testing with calibration and hardware development.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience with Dyno Testing
- Experience with fabrication capability and troubleshooting
- Problem-solving experience
- Bachelor's degree is required

- Provide Job Instruction Training for new team members per standardized work (if qualified as a trainer).
- Maintain acceptable attendance practices.
- Attend team meetings.

Responsiveness: Respond appropriately to meet the customer's requirements.
- Understand daily work assignment(s).
- Meet with Team Leader at start of shift to get daily assignment(s).
- Able to use Andon system in accordance with escalation process.
- Participate in Throughput Improvement Processes (TIP) meetings.
- Ensure scrap and non-conforming material is identified and set aside for processing.
COST: Utilize continuous improvement to identify and eliminate the 7 forms of waste.
- Understand and support elimination of waste (COMMWIP) waste.
- Aware of cost of supplies, energy, and parts for waste elimination.
- Assist team accurate documenting of scrap and non-conforming material.
- Participate in team CI objectives and BPD metrics.
- Seek efficiency in all activities to reduce cost.
ENVIRONMENT: Engage in practices to minimize our environmental footprint.
- Understand and follow the applicable environmental policy.
- Support conserving energy and minimizing waste.
- Actively support recycling processes (water, air, materials, etc.)
