Position Title: Engineering Recruiter

5 days onsite

Location: Plymouth, Mi

Job Description

• Seeking an experienced Engineering Recruiter for our direct OEM clients.
• Must have experience with Automotive Engineering recruiting (experience with OEM is a plus)
• Must be able to handle a req load of 10-12 openings.
• Demonstrate all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Full Cycle Recruitment in mid to large sized organizations
• 2-3 years in Automotive Engineering recruiting experience required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced business environment
• Skilled in MS Office, Applicant Tracking software, LinkedIn recruiter and various online sourcing and recruiting techniques.
• Must be self-motivated and ambitious.
• Strong social media presence and professional network within the assigned hiring areas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a relevant field.
