Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Skilled Trades Team Leader to oversee and coordinate a team of Skilled Trades employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires strong leadership, flexibility, and a hands-on approach to ensure production efficiency and team performance.
Work Schedule
- Standard: Monday-Friday
- Shifts: Must be available to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) as needed
- Typical Hours:
- 1st Shift: 5:15 AM - 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 1:15 PM - 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Monday-Friday)
- Overtime: Significant overtime is common, including up to 12-hour days and occasional weekends
- Weekend Rotation: Typically, two weekends on, one weekend off
Note: This position is best suited for candidates with a flexible schedule and willingness to work extended hours. Those prioritizing weekends for family or leisure may find the schedule challenging.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a team of Skilled Trades personnel to meet production goals
- Ensure safe work practices and compliance with all company and regulatory standards
- Support maintenance activities, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, direction, and feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency
