Job Title: Control Engineer/ PLC Programmer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Control Engineer/PLC Programmer to design, develop, and maintain programmable logic controller (PLC) systems for industrial automation. The ideal candidate will have experience in programming, troubleshooting, and optimizing PLC control systems, particularly those related to robotic safety, to ensure efficient and reliable operation of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Develop Robot Control Systems:

Create and modify PLC programs for robotic applications and processes.

Integrate PLCs with sensors, and actuators.

Diagnose and resolve issues in PLC-controlled systems.

Project Execution:

Collaborate with engineers and technicians to implement automation solutions.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.

Continuous Improvement:

Optimize existing robot control systems for efficiency and reliability.

Stay updated with the latest PLC technologies and best practices.


Qualification Requirements:

Education:

Associate or bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field.

Experience with robotics integration and motion control.

Knowledge of safety PLCs and machine safety standards.

Experience

2 years of experience in PLC programming (Allen Bradly) and industrial automation.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in PLC platforms (Allen-Bradley)

Knowledge of ladder logic, structured text, and function block programming.

Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP)
