Position Description:
Supervisor is expected to work closely with Superintendent and Plant Manager to ensure Inbound, outbound, and claims processing
Responsibilities:
- Cover crews in supervisor's absence
- Attend, facilitate, and submit proper documentation for crew meetings
- Prepare/maintain work related records as needed
- Schedule workforce (including overtime and vacation)
- Champion and lead continuous improvement initiatives toward best in class performance
Experience Required:
1 years of previous supervision experience
Education Required:
High School Diploma / GED
