Daily responsibilities:
- Come in and have around 18-20 team members that will work for them. UAW employees, 2 team leaders that will work for them
- Responsible 21 individual die cast machines
- Come in for the pass on meetings
- Check Kronus to see who called in for the day
- Pull up their lineup of what is running, determine where the employees go and go through a safety talk with the team
- Throughout the day required to know the status of the machines they are responsible for, assign tasks to the team, any issues with quality must be able to make decision problem solver and solve these issues, handle any disciplines that are needed, pass on sheets/audits, need some computer skills (excel, outlook), put together end of shift notes
Education
High School Diploma, but Bachelor's Degree is preferred
If they have a GED, they should have at least 5 years of leadership experience
Years of experience at least 5 years of experience
Union experience is a bonus
Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel)
Technical background
1st 7:00am-15:30 (they need to be there at 6:30AM) 2nd: 15:00-23:30 3rd: 23:00 to 7:30am
