Job Description:
- Support the design, coordination, and administration of learning programs, including onboarding, leadership, skills, and compliance training.
- Assist with vendor coordination and training needs assessments.
- Provide logistics support for training delivery and track participation.
- Help evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Support culture and engagement initiatives, internal communications, and survey analysis.
- Partner with HR and leaders on activities that strengthen culture and employee development.
- Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
- Support consistent policy interpretation and respond to employee and manager questions.
- Help communicate policies and support compliance related training.
- Assist with audits, documentation, and HR compliance record keeping.
- Administrate and support all areas of off-boarding process.
- Collaborate with Employee Relations, Legal, and HR partners on policy related matters.
