Summary:
The main function of a production supervisor is to supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers.

Job Responsibilities:
Recommend measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
Follow production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
Train, evaluate, and resolve personnel grievances.
Prepare and maintain daily required documentation

Skills:
Verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance.
Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models.

Education Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.

Requirements: We need more than 3 (here are 5)
5 years Manufacturing experience
Computer skills such as Kronos, Excel, Word
Functions well with Time Management
People Leader Experience
Can multitask in our fast-paced environment

Need individuals that are process drive, can bring positive energy to the team and not afraid to have those tough conversations with employees.

Shifts:
1st Shift: 6am-3:00pm
2nd Shift: 2:00pm-11:00pm
3rd Shift: 10pm-7:00am

Candidates will NEED to be flexible working all three shifts.
Candidate will start on the 1st shift for the first week. Within the first week, they will know which shift.
Every three weeks, candidates will be required to work 7 days a week.
Two Saturdays on, 1 Saturday off. The candidate could be working 13 days in a row! At one point!
