Objectives of this Role:
- Provide program leadership for technical recognition and professional development projects, ensuring all technical engagements align with broader Ford skill teams such as Tech Strategy and Product Development.
- Generate data-driven insights by maintaining and analyzing program data to report metrics and drive continuous process improvements across all technical engagements.
- Utilize custom dashboards and data visualization tools to drive strategy synthesis and provide leadership with real-time visibility into program health.
- Facilitate stakeholder management by establishing and maintaining relationships with internal teams, committee members, and global technical specialists to ensure alignment on key milestones.
- Proactively identify and execute initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and enhance the delivery of technical programs.

Experience Required:
- Four or more years of professional experience in project management, business operations, or program management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of success working with all levels of management.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of independence and a proactive approach to handling multiple high-profile assignments concurrently.
- Advanced technical proficiency in SharePoint development, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, Power Apps, and data visualization tools (PowerBI or QlikSense) for workflow automation.
- A strong analytical mindset with focused attention to deadlines, budgetary guidelines, and data accuracy.
Experience Preferred:
- Experience in developing web technologies or internal platforms for maximum usability and process efficiency.
- Specific experience in logistics and the coordination of large-scale corporate technical engagements or summits.
- Proficiency in graphic design specifically for the creation of high-impact, executive-level presentations.
