Job Description:
This is a strong opportunity for a candidate who enjoys being on the manufacturing floor, leading people, solving problems, and responding to new challenges every day. The environment is fast-paced and constantly changing, rather than a repetitive desk-based position.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for supervising and coordinating approximately 20-25 production employees, supported by two team leaders/.
Oversees staffing, safety, production, quality, equipment performance, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include assigning work, monitoring production and downtime, resolving operational and employee issues, maintaining records, and coaching team members.
Requires strong communication, problem-solving, time-management, and basic computer skills, with knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment preferred.
Candidates will gain hands-on leadership experience overseeing approximately 20-25 employees in a union manufacturing environment, while being responsible for safety, production, equipment coordination, employee matters, and continuous improvement.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
5 years' experience required. - Relevant backgrounds include:
Industry/manufacturing

Demonstrated leadership

Shift Info:
D1, N2, N3 / All three shifts
7-day operation with flexibility required across shifts. Day shift is unlikely. Schedules may include traditional 8-hour shifts with weekend overtime or 12-hour alternate schedules. Supervisors report 30 minutes early.
