  • Participate in mock cutovers, dress rehearsals, and go-live activities, and track issues to resolution.
  • Identify risks and business impacts early, and escalate them with clear recommendations. Understand and explain the impact
  • Assess what each release and cutover means for buyers, supply chain teams, and suppliers, using first-hand knowledge of buying workflows.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to map process, role, and system changes to the people affected.

  • Plan communications by audience and timing, covering buyers, leaders, and suppliers across regions.
  • Support training by helping to develop job aids, quick-reference guides, and sessions that match the cutover timeline.
  • Support hypercare by tracking questions and issues, and turning trends into guidance and quick fixes. Inform and align leadership
  • Build presentations and status updates for leadership on readiness, risks, adoption, and cutover progress. ¿ Develop readiness scorecards and metrics covering training, communications, and user confidence.
  • Represent the business in governance, readiness reviews, and cross-functional forums.
  • Support additional launch and change priorities as the program evolves.
