Controls Engineer
Responsibilities
Monitoring and improving several SCADA Systems (GPMC, InDepth, DTR, T-PUT) to increase throughput and decrease downtime.
Troubleshoot automation equipment and robots
NEC / NFPA 70 Code Knowledge
Design, construct, and integrate continuous improvement on existing and new equipment.
Job Requirements
Engineering Degree or Equivalent Experience in the field
Proficient in Programming and troubleshooting the following Software and Hardware
PLC 5, 500, Studio 5000
Rockwell Communication Architectures
Ethernet
Device Net
DH/RIO
Fanuc Robots
ABB Robots
Auto Cad
E-Plan
Siemens HMI's

Responsibilities
Monitoring and improving several SCADA Systems (GPMC, InDepth, DTR, T-PUT) to increase throughput and decrease downtime.
Troubleshoot automation equipment and robots
NEC / NFPA 70 Code Knowledge
Design, construct, and integrate continuous improvement on existing and new equipment.
The individual will work with PLCs, SCADA systems, Rockwell controls, and Fanuc/ABB robotics while troubleshooting equipment and implementing continuous improvements that increase throughput and reduce downtime
Education/Experience:
2 Year Automation Technology Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a technical/Engineering Field OR
Technical degree 5-7 years of experience required.
PLC programming and troubleshooting, specifically PLC 5, PLC 500, and Studio 5000
Rockwell industrial communication and controls systems, including Ethernet, DeviceNet, DH/RIO, and SCADA
Microsoft Office Experience
Candidate must be open to working any shift (1st, 2nd, 3rd )
1st shift 5:30AM-3PM
2nd Shift 1:30PM-11PM
3rd Shift 9:30PM-7AM
