Position Description:
- Conduct workstation analysis for loading, productivity, and ergonomics.
- Work with Production Teams to understand constraints and develop plans to remedy them.
- Manage off-standard labor.
- Track and determine next steps in correcting condition.
- Understanding of manpower planning and Required to Operate (RTO).
